Empire State Theatre and Musical Instrument Museum is on Facebook

The museum, created in 1966, houses an extensive collection of parlor reed organs, a player piano, a coin-operated piano, automatic musical instruments, wind-up phonographs, brass instruments, a rather large collection of 78 RPM records and a huge collection of piano rolls (most from the Deacon Doubleday radio program on WSYR). The museum also contains hundreds of theatre memorabilia of RKO Keith's and other Syracuse theatres, movie and slide projection equipment, and many other exhibits.
